1. Independent Service Notice

ArrivalForms.com is an independent assistance service and is not owned, operated, endorsed, or affiliated with any government or governmental authority.

We provide guidance, validation, and submission assistance to help you complete official arrival documentation. Government systems and outcomes remain outside of our control.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or use it with supervision and approval of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

4. Fees and Payments

You agree to pay the service fee displayed at checkout. Government fees, if applicable, are separate from our service fee unless explicitly stated.

Payments are processed by a trusted third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card details. Your payment may be subject to the payment processor’s terms, policies, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the payment processor’s services, including outages, delays, or transaction declines.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of processing and whether the service has been delivered. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy below for details.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee government approval outcomes, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to ArrivalForms.com for the Service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ArrivalForms.com, our goal is to make travel preparation easier and less stressful. If something doesn’t feel right, we want you to reach out. We believe in treating customers fairly and keeping things simple.

Full Refunds

You may request a full refund of our service fee within 7 days of your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, contact us and we will review your request promptly.

Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method. We do not deduct administrative or processing fees.

When Refunds May Not Apply

Refunds may not be available in cases of fraud, misuse of the Service, or where false or misleading information was intentionally provided.

Our team reviews refund requests individually. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation fairly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team with your full name, the email address used for your order, and your order reference number.

We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 72 hours.
